With so many product variables to choose from, customers can often spend a long time understanding what options are available and whether it's the right solution for their project.
Our Innovation Factory is currently delivering custom product configuration tools for lighting manufacturers to have available on their websites, we refer to these as 'System Builders'. With our system builders, manufacturers are able to clearly communicate what product options are available, as well as any compatibility requirements or limitations there are.
Alongside a simple and easy to use interface, customers can configure their product and receive helpful documents for their specification including:
PDF summary of their product
Order codes
IES file
LDT file
PDF shop drawing
BIM (Revit) file
Reference number to their configuration
Manufacturers can choose which files they would like to provide in their product configurator, including whether some/all files are available per each product family.
