Production Team
A diverse group of highly technical, lighting rock stars, the production crew play a critical part in producing the lit environment, sharing a collective pool of wider industry experience and constantly collaborating in order to improve and innovate.
Alongside our manufacturing business, we also have our Innovation Factory. Whether it's AI-driven software development which revolutionises the way our industry does business or new digital solutions which solve old problems - we are into it.

Capabilities
Photometry Lab
Our lighting and spectral distribution lab houses one of the only operational photometers in New Zealand. This space has enabled us to iteratively test our new product developments during the design phase, enhancing our ability to provide high performance solutions.
Fabrication and Machining Centre
A recent addition to the Energyline campus is our 5 axis CNC machining centre. This has drastically increased our in house fabrication capabilities for production and opened new doors for product development.
Impact Resistance (IK) Testing
Energyline has a pendulum test apparatus set up in production, where we are able to test our developments for severities of 2J and above, IK07 to IK10.
Digital Design
Our in house team of software and web developers strive to make designing with Energyline as simple as possible, with the data you need to support your projects.
Engineering
